Opportunity for every Idahoan. Progress for Idaho.
I believe in making smart investments in the people of Idaho and in our children, in particular, so that we can build a more prosperous state. Our public dollars are precious and we must invest them wisely and equitably, in ways that pay dividends in the future.
I support:
- Reproductive freedoms for Idahoans so that they can make their most intimate medical decisions without government interference.
- Adequate and equitable funding for schools and postsecondary educational opportunities so that Idahoans can contribute to and benefit from a strong economy.
- Investment in quality affordable child care and preschool so that parents can work to put food on the table while children learn the skills they need to succeed in school and life.
- A fair tax system that raises the revenue we need for schools, public safety, health care, and other public services without giving special treatment to the politically connected over ordinary Idahoans.
- Commonsense criminal justice reforms that will curb our exploding corrections costs while protecting public safety.
- Protection of our public lands so that Idahoans from all walks of life can continue to hike, camp, fish, hunt, and enjoy our state’s natural beauty.
It is an honor to represent District 19 in the Idaho House of Representatives. I am fighting for this district and also fighting to ensure that opportunity extends across our great state to all Idahoans regardless of zip code, family economics, race and ethnicity, disability, sexuality, or gender expression.
